FIT 176 + Gut Barrier Panel

A detailed look at how the body may be responding to specific foods — and the current state of the gut barrier.

Many food sensitivity assessments measure only one type of antibody response. The FIT 176 uses a patented dual-detection method that measures both IgG antibodies and immune complexes (C3d) against 176 foods, colorings, and additives — which may offer a more complete picture of delayed food responses. The included Gut Barrier Panel adds four markers associated with intestinal permeability: Zonulin, Occludin, LPS, and Candida antibodies. Together, these two panels may provide insight into both food responses and the current state of the gut lining.

DUTCH Plus

A DNA-based stool assessment that may offer a detailed picture of microbial balance and gut barrier function.

The GI-MAP uses quantitative PCR technology — a DNA-based detection method — to identify and quantify the microorganisms present in the gut with a level of precision that conventional stool culture may not match. It assesses H. pylori with virulence factors, various bacteria, parasites, fungi, and beneficial bacteria levels. The Zonulin add-on measures a marker associated with intestinal permeability — which may offer insight into how gut function may be influencing other body systems.
